Orientation Call (Community Call)

Kick-Off Call (Community Call)
Get to know your fellow designers and coaches on our first group video call where we establish goals and expectations for the year.
In-Person WorkshoP & Store Tour
A 2-day workshop where you get to know your fellow Red Booters, develop your brand invite, pitch to a store buyer, and fine-tune your business strategy and goals. Plus 1-day dedicated to an in-person store tour where you will meet buyers of Dallas' top iconic stores. Oh and have a heck of a lot of fun!

Are the calls recorded?Yes, we record all calls and provide the recordings via email and Trello.

Do I have to be selling wholesale to be eligible?Yes. We do require that a designer be selling wholesale. That can be just one account or even consignment or memo.

Do I have to live in the USA to join?No. Designers from all over the world have participated in RBI, however, group trainings and 1:1 calls with Robin take place between 9 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time and we recommend attending these in real time as much as possible.

What happens after I apply?You’ll receive an email with directions on scheduling a 20 min conversation with Robin. The conversation will be about your business vision and answer any questions you may have about RBI 2022.

Do I have to be a jewelry designer?No, the methods and strategies we discuss can apply to any product-based business.

Do you have payment plans?Thanks for asking, we sure do! We have two payment options. Once accepted we can review the different options.

What if I can't attend a training session?Group training sessions are mandatory. We provide dates of all training sessions ahead of time and if needed, we will adjust the date to ensure everyone can attend. If for some reason you are unable to attend, we ask that any questions be emailed ahead of time so that we can address them during the training. All sessions are recorded for viewing later.
