Robin Kramer
Robin Kramer is a brand marketing maven, natural business nurturer, master of relationships and sales expert. She has an impressive track record with leaders in the retail industry, guiding them to build their brands on innovative merchandising and strong service cultures. Among these brands are Ann Taylor, Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Gap, Inc.
For more than 20 years, Robin has worked primarily with small, upscale, wholesale brands and designers, to bring their products to market. She helps niche brands position themselves for maximum exposure to their target customers, and build relationships with national and international retailers. Robin helped Dogeared, grow from a small, little-known company, into a well-known jewelry brand, with sales growth over 800% in five years. She has a keen eye for recognizing products and designs that represent a unique and fresh approach, in a crowded, competitive space.
In 2010 Robin founded Red Boot Consulting, and in 2012 she co-founded Flourish & Thrive Academy, an international, online business educational platform for jewelry designers. She has had the pleasure of speaking and moderating panel discussions at various conferences for the Flourish & Thrive Academy F&TA LIVE event, NY NOW Retail Renaissance trade show, American Handcrafted trade show, JCK trade show, ISGB (International Society of Glass Beads) conference, and SNAG (Society of North American Goldsmiths) conference. She has also been a featured guest on Beads, Baubles & Jewels, PBS TV Show.
Robin has a passion for helping creatives go after their dreams. And for red boots! She divides her time between Sausalito, CA and Dallas, TX.
